Museum of broken relationships was situated just 1 mile away. We think we do recommend to anyone. We loved staying at panorama zagreb. Novi Zagreb neighborhood is worth seeing.
-
Super comfortable bed and very large pleasant room!
-
Beds were cozy, clean.
-
Suoer Hotel for a city trip in Zagreb. Staff friendly and equipment was good.
Location rather outside the city. But on foot in 20 minutes in the city center. Wlan very weak and with dropouts.
-
Comfortable beds - nice shower with good water pressure, air conditioning is not noisy
The room smells musty, probably because of an old carpet
-
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, and nice ambience at breakfast. The service of the employees is very courteous and attentive.
The room and bathroom are in need of renovation. Not a 4 star room
-
Don't order breakfast. It's not worth it!!

We received a friendly and efficient welcome upon arrival. The room was as expected, nothing exceptional, but was clean, spacious and had a large comfortable bed and air con which was a blessing. Our breakfast was included in the room rate and it was well worth choosing this option. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the central area, but as we were only on a quick stop off this was not a problem as we only went in to town once. There is a taxi rank straight outside which is a bonus.

The helpful staff, good room with refrigerator, access to tram; internet access in lobby
Wish the info were better about getting from train station to hotel but we were able to get directions from a great guy in the station
-
Quite comfortable, reasonably priced hotel with access to the city centre by a walk and then a tram.
Generally a bit impersonal though one lady at breakfast was very friendly and got coffee for us even though it was a self service buffet
-
- The fantastic view over the city - The hotel didn't have any double room anymore, so we (two persons) got a family suite
-
The ouside look of the hotel is insipiring but when you get to the bedroom it is dissapointing
The whole bedroom, the carpets in the room & the decor need a urgent update
-
There is nothing to like. It's too expensive for what it offers, rooms are old and worn down and the beds are completely soft (I guess the years got to the mattresses as well).
-
Not worth it, paid 158 euros for one night as we had to cancel the next night. The ac did not work - several other options in the city.please look else where.
